One of the two long life changing experiences I encountered was in 1970. This encounter took

place in my very first Martial Arts class at the YMCA in Philadelphia,PA, under Master Larry Love. He was a teacher in the arts of Kyokushin Kai and Judo. I was 12 years old and this was when my love and career in the Martial Arts began. Later in 1977, I had attained the rank of Shodan. Then, keeping up with my yearning and exploration for the Martial Arts, I studied under GrandMaster Monsu Park in the Style of Taekwon-Do, and had attained my Black belt under him with honor. I continued with my quest of learning as much as I could. During the 1980's I studied at the Ferocious Dragon Kwan learning Chinese Boxing under Master Mangu Khan. After about ten years of training with Master Mangu Khan I left, and trained under KwanJangNim Soo B Yun and obtained a third degree black belt in Hap Ki Do. After all those years, I decided to incorporate the various styles of Martial Arts I Learned into my own Unique Style, The style called Muniz Shiroi-Shishi-Ryu. My second life changing experience took place in 1994. I had accepted and surrendered my life to our Lord Jesus Christ From this time on I have been learning the virtues of love, humbleness, patience, faith and fairness. I know the great responsibility that is on hand. It is not easy to live these virtues in a way that the Lord will see through my life, but I also know that with the grace of God and power of his Holy Spirit, He will make me victorious. These are the priorities taught in Muniz Shiroi-Shishi-Ryu. The biggest part, even when taught in small portions is to Defend the Holy Scriptures with Faith in the Almighty Jesus Christ.

Having a father who is a Martial Artist has been a great blessing to me. He has influenced me with deep inspirational and tremendous positive effect on my life. He has taught me values, conduct, loyalty and faithfulness. Ever since my childhood and as far as I could remember my life was surrunded by good Christian values and Martial Arts culture. As soon as my father deemed me able, he enrolled me in a Martial Arts school in the style of Chinese Kenpo. I was four years of age, and this is when and how my love and commitment for the Martial Arts began. From such tender age until the age of seven, I trained in Chinese Kenpo practicing and learning discipline, movement and style. In addition, I gained character, esteem, confidence, courage, strength and endurance to meet the challenge to get over many hurdles, gradually getting better, making the accomplishment. My father constantly preached the word of Jesus Christ and his teaching found in the Gospels. This helped me learn many important values. Then, in the year 2007, my father had trained others in a school where my siblings and other family members attended. Therefore, he bagen to train me in his unique style that has been developing, while I trained at the Martial Arts School. That is when I began to have a real deeper love for Martial Arts. From then on, I continued to train in different styles. Soon my father had eventually achieved his goal. He had perfected and developed his own style . He created the Martial Art "Muniz Shiroi-Shishi-Ryu". With this style my father and I got registered around the world as Martial Artists and I became the Heir to the Muniz Shiroi-Shishi-Ryu.
